Planning FFUs for a cleanroom project

FFU quantity is normally planned from the required room airflow, the usable airflow of each unit at the expected system resistance, and the ceiling coverage available for equipment and services.

Compare units using rated airflow, available static pressure, sound level, electrical input, control method, housing construction and filter interface. Ask for the operating point used for each published value.

For a replacement project, share the existing ceiling opening, unit depth, power connection, control wiring and filter dimensions so fit and compatibility can be checked before production.
