Comparing HEPA filters for a real installation

HEPA filter labels are meaningful only when the classification method and test conditions are clear. Include the required class, rated airflow and maximum acceptable initial resistance in the specification.

Construction choices include mini-pleat or deep-pleat media packs, different frame materials and several sealing interfaces. The housing and installation method determine which option is appropriate.

Replacement orders should include the full label, face dimensions, depth, separator or pleat construction and gasket or gel position. Confirm any individual scan-test or documentation requirement before quotation.
