Product Features

The high-temperature resistant glass fiber filter mat is constructed from long fiberglass using a uniform non-woven method. The leeward side is specially treated to prevent fiberglass shedding.

Stable performance is maintained at 250°C, with no contraction, embrittlement, softening, or melting occurring in a short time at 300°C. Softening begins at 500°C.

The filter mat exhibits excellent flame retardance (non-flammable), meeting national grade A flame retardance standards. It does not drop, release polycarbonate, contract, or deform when exposed to fire.

Additionally, it offers excellent chemical resistance, high moisture resistance, low moisture absorption, and a long working life.

Applications

The high-temperature resistant glass fiber filter mat is widely used in ovens and other high-temperature environments. It serves not only for dust extraction but also to prevent chemical erosion and protect against toxic gases.
