Product Features
High temperature resistant glass fiber filter mat is made of long fiberglass in a uniform, non-woven structure. The leeward side is specially treated to prevent fiberglass shedding.
Stable performance: Shows no degradation under high temperatures of up to 240°C. Size remains stable with only 0.1% contraction at 250°C. There is no contraction, embrittlement, softening, or melting in a short time at 300°C, with only softening occurring at 500°C.
Excellent flame retardance (non-flammable), meeting national grade A flame retardance standards. No drop, no polycarbonate, no contraction, and no deformation when subjected to fire.
Applications
High temperature resistant glass fiber filter mat is widely used in ovens and other high-temperature environments. It is effective not only for dust extraction but also for preventing chemical erosion and protecting against toxic gases.
